You will need felt (although you could use ribbon, cloth, lace etc) and a glue gun!

| (You can choose any length depending on size you want). Cut three strips gradually getting shorter. |

| Fold the two thicker ones towards the center. |
 |
| Add a tiny dot of glue. Do this to both strips. |
 |
| Place the smaller one on top of the bigger one. Center as best you can. |
 |
| Wrap the smaller strip around the center of the two folded ones. |
 |
| Wrap as tightly as possible. |
 |
| I just put an alligator clip right under the felt! |
 |
| Here I glued felt over the elastic. |
